We're in on a Sunday finishing lots of orders ready for despatch on Monday.
These lowered Ranger leaf springs are off to a customer in Market Harborough.
Due to the weight we are sending these by private courier.
What's the cost of these ?
Our next batch of SWB & LWB Connect MK1 axles have arrived.
Thank you to our customers for returning their old axles.
These will firstly be blasted and inspected before moving to the welding process followed by linishing and then powdercoating.

MYC UPDATE
Yes, we're in on a Bank Holiday working to get through the avalanche of orders received completed in time for despatch on 26/08/25.
The order processing time of 7 days has now been reduced to 3 days as we plod through the mountain of orders received.
All Gaz overstock in the latest delivery has been assigned to customer orders awaiting Gaz parts.
The next Gaz delivery is scheduled for around 3 weeks.
At least we had lunch in the sun.

MYC Update - WE'RE BACK TO NORMAL!
No sooner than we opened our doors yesterday we were again inundated with an avalanche of orders as such the 7 day processing time (due to the sheer volume of orders) is still active.
Yesterday 15 orders were despatched by UPS and today 18 orders.
Please bear with us as we prepare, produce, wrap and despatch orders.
All Gaz overstock has been assigned to customer orders and the next batch is due within the next two weeks.
Steel has now arrived for our Custom T2 & T3 35mm springs which are now available to order.
MYC UPDATE
We have received a large quantity of orders during the last two weeks which have been processed with some awaiting GAZ Shocks to arrive.
Orders from as far as Hawaii and New Zealand.
This weekend is not over and already orders for our leaf springs and front springs are incoming.
We do have some Gaz overstock arriving next week which should speed up completion of some orders.
Our spring manufacturer is out of stock of steel for our T2 & T3 35mm front springs. Steel is due to arrive in a few weeks.
Other springs are not affected.
We also have two members of staff off on their holidays one after the other (7 days each) as such we're putting in place a 7 day processing time due to the sheer volume of orders.
Normal service will resume on 21st August 2025 when all staff have arrived back, tanned, refreshed and ready to go again.
I'm looking forward to receiving my lowering kit and installing it.
