Could we again remind customers placing orders NOT to use the year of registration as parts are interchangeable throughout the years.
Today we have had two customers order incorrect parts for their Transit Custom both using the year of registration and both ignoring the part description and images.
On both occasions and by sheer luck did both customers email us after placing their order realising the parts ordered would not fit their vehicle. This could have been a costly mistake for both customers!
Again, please do NOT use the year of registration to order parts as most likely the parts chosen will be incorrect. ...

MYC would like to thank Jean-Philippe Caron of Quebec, Canada for sending us images of his Transit Connect.
The vehicle is fitted with the last of the V-Maxx kits we supplied and due to a V-Maxx component failure the rear shocks were upgraded to the Gaz adjustables.
Jean-Philippe says 'Just fitted and tested the difference is insane! With the Vmax I could hit the bumpstop. I have put the damper arround the middle adjustment and it’s really comfortable never to bump. Thank you very much I’ll talk about you here!!' ...

MYC would like to advise that we will be closing from 08/07/19 and reopening on 13/07/19.

Advice for Owners of MS-RT Transit Customs.
Many Transit Custom MS-RT models were NOT lowered during factory production and the fitted bodykit gives the optical illusion that the vehicle is lowered. Many owners of these vehicles are now realising that infact they have standard Ford leaf springs fitted instead of the optional MS-RT Eibach or Reiger leaf springs.
As such owners are purchasing parts they believe will fit when infact they will not.
Vehicles purchased from MS-RT pre 2019 may have been factory lowered and it is imperative that the correct leaf spring drop height is obtained before ordering ANY parts. If unsure, please contact MS-RT directly.
We are informed by MS-RT that from March 2019 MS-RT will no longer factory lower their vehicles and instead offer lowering parts on a supply basis only.
If you own an MS-RT and are in any doubt, please DO NOT order and contact us for advice.

It has come to our attention that customers are not reading or studying our detailed product descriptions accurately and are purchasing the wrong parts.
Could we remind any customers thinking of purchasing our lowering springs to take note of the following:
1) The images under the product description are there to be used as a reference and to compare fitment to your vehicle.
PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THEM.
2) The Ford shock absorber part number detailed in the product description will also confirm which type of spring is fitted to that shock absorber.
3) The year of registration MUST NOT be solely used to determine fitment as the shock absorbers and springs are interchangeable. ie 2012 parts fitted to a 2016 model.
If in ANY doubt please DO NOT order and instead contact us directly.
Upon completion of a customer order our springs are custom made.
